High Resolution 35mm Slide Scanning to Digital Images on CD-DVD

       How do you get your slides to us:

• You can visit our Arana Hills office. We keep very flexible hours and drop-offs can be made 7 days a week. Click here for details.
   
• You can post the tapes to us. Warning !! We highly recommend you use either Registered post or Express post so you have a method of tracking your parcel. We also suggest wrapping your tapes in bubble wrap. Click here for our mailing address details
   
• You can use a courier company to deliver your parcel. Couriers Please, Fastways, TNT etc, are all familiar with our location.

• EFT (electronic fund transfer). We e-mail you the invoice which has our bank details on it.

* We will take credit card details over the phone or by email however credit limits and conditions apply, please ring for details.

Goods will only be shipped or made available for collection when payment has been received.

You receive a detailed tax invoice including the GST component.

For postal clients an e-mail is sent to notify you that the goods are on their way. All your slides are returned in original condition.

We keep copies of all your images for 14 days. Please contact us within that period if you have any questions regarding the transfer.

The cost to post or courier your DVD & tapes back to you.

We use Australia Express Post satchels to return your Items. These satchels have a tracking number system
 to help ensure items are not lost. Postage & packing fee for up to 3kg is $12 (must fit in satchel)

For customers in Brisbane we also use “Couriers Please” to deliver your goods. They offer a very efficient service with tracking numbers. Courier and packing fee for up to 10kg is $12

If you prefer us to use registered post for your delivery we charge an additional $8 to cover the Aus post fee and our time queuing at the post office.

What happens if I don’t receive the delivery or have a problem:
It is important that you contact us inside 14 days of the goods leaving our office as we keep copies of all your images for your job for 14 days. So far we’ve never had a lost delivery but if it did happen we could supply you with a replacement copy. If you are unhappy with our scanning for any reason please contact us; we value our customers and will do what we can to resolve any issues.
